Due to an unscheduled bout of “writer’s block,” I’ve been somewhat absent for the last few months. Actually, I’ve been focusing on a few other projects and barely had time to tend to my characters and their stories.
Now that spring has sprung for most of us, I took the time to reflect about our world and my place in it. I’m blessed with health, and I think this will be a glorious year! So, after rearranging and tightening my daily schedule, I’m back to creating more quirky characters, their shenanigans and self-delusions, and most importantly, their crimes!
Now that my writer’s block has been alleviated, I’m back to working on the final installment in my detective trilogy, the Mickey Stanislawsky Mysteries. Books One and Two (Dirty Daniel and Nasty Nathan) have already launched, so check them out. Book Three (Filthy Franklyn) is scheduled for release in Fall, 2021.
I’m also broadening my writing horizons for 2021 by jumping headfirst into planning a science fiction/fantasy/paranormal series; it may or may not revolve around a mystery. I’m initially planning a trilogy, with the first book tentatively titled Daughters of the Inali.
